Second Stage 50+ Dance Company
An artistic dance training and performance project.
Our intensive program in a fixed group lasts seven months and starts in
October 2026 and concludes with a public closing event at the end of April 2027.
Lessons take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays, each session consisting of two 90-minute blocks.
The program combines professional artistic work with age-appropriate activities.
Training and creates a company structure for adults.

Are you ready to transform your life experience into movement? At Second Stage 50+, we combine technical precision with the power of your personal story.
Working in a fixed group, you will develop a unique stage play over a period of seven months.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Intensive training : Twice a week (Tues. & Thurs.) two structured classes of 90 minutes each (10:30–12:00 am & 12:15–1:45 pm).

Holistic technique : From strengthening and relaxation to classical and modern dance techniques – professional and age-appropriate.

Creative development : Experience and shape the artistic path to the stage through research, improvisation and choreographic work.

A special space : We offer a protected environment for focused work, valuable exchange and individual support.

GOOD TO KNOW
Prior knowledge : Dance experience is wonderful, but not absolutely necessary. Courage and curiosity are your most important companions.

Timeframe : Starting in October, finale with a large public performance in April 2027.

Flexibility : Participation is possible multiple times. Furthermore, flexible entry options are available under certain circumstances.

Holiday schedule : No regular classes are held during Berlin school holidays. Instead, we offer optional theory courses or seminars, depending on the group's interest.
